SHIPPING WORLD WIDE:

We ship to most countries, insured with tracking number. Door-to-door couriers are avalible. (TNT, EMS, DPD, UPS, DHL).

• Delivery time within Europe - in most cases 1-7 business days
• Delivery time outside Europe - 5-30 business days

As soon as it is shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail with package tracking nr.

IMPORTANT: Please provide always the correct email, shipping address and your telephone number to prevent problems!
We will not be responsible for lost packages due to wrong address. If we  get back the package we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

NOTE: Make sure our emails are not filtered as spam, allow all mails from @bitmag.net

SECURE PAYMENTS

We offer many options of safe, secure online transactions. All options are avalible on checkout, make sure to select your country first to see avalible options for you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can only cancel an order if it`s not shipped yet. If the order is already shipped you must received teh item and apply for returning it (see below).

Please use the contact form in our web shop. Please always write your order number and always use same email address that you have used placing your order.

If you have already made a payment we will return your money to your account. You will be charged a small handling fee (depending on the bank or payment method).

Refuns are made in most cases within 1-15 business days. Depending on how banks work it can take additional time for you to receive the refund.

REFUNDS & RETURNING ITEMS

We are always trying to offer best possible service and resolvinng all issues very quickly. During vaccation season and christmass hollidays it may take us longer time than normal to help you. It is very important for us to always keep you satisfied and happy.

• We offer 14 days return policy (from the date you received your items. 
• The above order return and refund is possible only if all returned items are unused/unopened.
• Order return is not possible for some type items
• The refund will be made within 14 business days after we have received and approved the returned items. Shipping and payment fees are not refundable.
• Complaints / claims must be emailed within 10 days (from the date you rceived your items).
• We will resolve all claims within 30 business days (except hollidays and vaccations).
• In case of refunds are we pay back to same account customer payed us (credit card refunds are issued back to same card and associated bank accounts).

WARRANTIES

All our new products have at least one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, som eproducst may have longer warranties issued by the manufacturer. If the item is faulty we will replace it a.s.a.p. However we will not return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to us.

NOTE! Before you return any items please contact us and receive an RMA number (return number). To get it please use the contact form on our web site. If you returned an item without the RMA number or the item is without any errors, we will charge you a service- and shipping fee.

YOUR PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders efficiently. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. Our cookies do not store any personal information and are used only for visitor statistics purposes.

Klarna Checkout: We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
